According to details, a conference of provincial education ministers was held under the chairmanship of Federal Minister Shafqat Mahmood. The provincial minister attended the conference through video link. Balochistan and Sindh have demanded that corona be feared so educational institutions should be closed.

Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan opposed the opening of educational institutions but supported the opening of schools in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa after June 1.
